Because the scholarship is merit-based, the applicant must maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average out of a possible 4.0, or a 4.0 cumulative grade point average out of a possible 5.0. The application must include six items: a resume, transcript(s), application details, answers to essay questions, letter of referral, and printed Confirmation Page from the Online Application to the Microsoft Internship Program when it comes up. Applications require an official copy of the college transcript, two letters of recommendation including one from a supervisor at current employer, a 200-word essay on why you should be selected as a recipient of the Paradigm Scholarship for Working Women, and a copy of your employer’s tuition reimbursement policy. Other factors are considered when selecting scholarship recipients, such as current enrollment, need, and potential for future success. Applications are available online.
